  • Rope Climb is legless
  • Use highest box face
  • Use a 20-lb (man) or 14lb (woman) weight vest or body armor for muscle ups & toes to ring

Description

The name is very clear. During this workout you will touch the ground as little as possible. The floor is lava!

For a repetition to be valid, it must meet the following minimum requirements.

Rope Climb

  • RX: your cannot use your legs in the hole move.
  • Scaled: see our videos section to learn how to climb the rope correctly. Avoid injures and try to mantain a good technique during the hole workout.

Muscle Ups

  • Start hanging under the bar, with arms extended and feet off the ground.

Box Jumps

  • Both feet must touch the box simultaneously before starting to descend.
  • Ideally, you will step onto the box in one jump with your feet together.

Toes to Ring

  • You should move from full suspension to your feet touching the rings at the same time. Your arms and hips should be fully extended once you come down and your feet should be behind your body.
