Products (T-shirts, sweatshirts, medal holders…)
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, the maximum period for requesting a return is 15 calendar days from the time of receipt.
Before making the return, it is essential to contact us using the form at the bottom of this page. Do not send the product before contacting us.
We will not return products that have been used, washed or damaged by mishandling. The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition for the return to be accepted. If the package is damaged when you receive it, do not accept it. It will be returned to us and we will exchange it for another one.
When returning a product, prepare it correctly in the same envelope or package you received it in or one of similar characteristics.
The customer will assume the shipping costs and the amount paid will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
Shipment not picked up
If for any reason you do not collect the order and it is returned to us, we will refund the amount you have paid minus the shipping costs incurred (from Extreme Workouts headquarters to your home and from your home to our headquarters again).
In the case of medals, if they are returned to us and we have to send them again, the customer will assume the new shipping costs.
Challenges
Although the medals are a good reason to try and complete one of our challenges, the payment is for the registration fee and the right to participate in the challenge. Failure to complete or withdrawing from a challenge does not entitle you to any claims. The medal is a prize, not a purchased product.
We do not accept refunds of the amount paid for the registration to a challenge (even if you have not completed it). If you sign up for a challenge by mistake, we can refund the amount paid before the challenge has been started on the website or app. Once it has been started, no refunds are allowed).
Defective product
If the product has a manufacturing defect (including the medal obtained after registering for a challenge), in addition to exchanging it for another one, we will pay you the cost of the shipping costs incurred in returning it to us. The exchange will be for the same item.
Sending the wrong product
If we made a mistake and we have sent you a product that is not the one you should have received, we will pay the return shipping costs and we will send you the correct one.
